Special Notes:
1. This is the latest optimized version. Reversing the positive and negative poles will not damage the module, improving installation safety.
2. As the name suggests, an ideal diode has an extremely low internal resistance. While a standard diode has a forward voltage drop of 0.6V or more, an ideal diode has a negligible forward voltage drop.
3. The copper foil and aluminum base layers of the aluminum-based PCB are insulated, with a withstand voltage of 1000V, eliminating the risk of breakdown. Its thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 fiberglass, allowing it to be directly bonded to large heat sinks.
4. This ideal diode module cannot be used in rectifier circuits.

Working principle The input and output are equivalent to diodes. It detects that the output voltage is greater than the input and immediately turns off the output. The detection value is at the millivolt level and the response speed is very fast.

1. Solar panels prevent backflow (anti-backflow);

3. DC-DC constant voltage and constant current module output prevents backflow

1. This version is the latest optimized version. If the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, the module will not be burned, which improves the safety of installation;
2. An ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of an ordinary diode is more than 0.6V.
The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum substrate PCB trace are insulated with a withstand voltage of 1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems.
Thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber and can be directly attached to large heat sinks.
4. The average overcurrent of a MOS is less than 35A. We use a 300A MOS.
